We found the house to be perfect for our extended family's needs for our annual weekend away. There is plenty of room for everyone and the location is good too.

Great house to accomodate 12. Short on seating and kitchen utensils for 12. Pots and pans unusable and dishwasher draw broken. Views amazing from balcony and great location. Dirty outdoor areas, covered in old bird droppings as per previous reviews. Dirty and unsafe BBQ. We were not notified that the garage/laundry was unsafe and not useable due to previous damage. Hosts were very responsive prior to check in and during the stay, however their response to our feedback after check out was appalling. Upon many other excuses, such as cleaners being busy and blaming previous guests, they concluded by stating that ‘we've seen the house probably at the worst’ due to it being the end of the busy season. We paid top dollar for this property due to the busy season, therefore should be able to expect the same level of cleanliness as all other guests. This house is a great house for a few families. If care was taken it would be a 5 star home. We enjoyed our stay despite the grievances.

This house has potential and is fairly new but is very poorly managed. It is by far the worst Airbnb experience we have had - listed below are the issues: - Yellow running water in the kitchen and bathroom. We had to buy water for our stay. - Very uncomfortable beds. - Property not cleaned or maintained properly. We found socks in two rooms from previous guests and the general cleaning was very poor (fridge, toilets, floors, all sliding doors) both outdoor entertaining areas disgraceful full of bird droppings etc… - BBQ very dirty and had no gas. - Garage unusable (we found this out upon arrival). - Pots and pans were burnt and flakey unusable. - Induction cooktop does not work properly. - Water system is only capable of one person showering at a time. - Paid an extra $248 for linen and never got the correct linen. - Host/owner not attentive with regard to our concerns. I strongly suggest that you do not rent this property.
