Fantastic Cape Cod two bedroom beach house within walking distance of a private association landing and 2 min drive to Craigville beach! Two bedrooms, central AC, TV with streaming services, oversized screened porch, washer/dryer, stainless appliances, private yard, back deck and fire pit! Rental Includes two kayaks too! We have all new landscaping this year including a back patio with firepit. We hope you'll come stay with us and enjoy everything this great home and amazing location offer! The classic cape style home has an oversized screened porch room - space for a sectional sofa and farmers table for family dinners. This is everyone's favorite room! The living room has freshly finished wood floors and a streaming TV, kitchen has a bar to eat at and all stainless steel appliances. There is a king bedroom and a queen bedroom - both with new mattresses last summer. The house has CENTRAL AC, dishwasher and washer and dryer.

Very comfortable n close to center of town
Very nice cottage/home close to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. We stayed in the fall and didn’t access some of the features such as the screened in porch and backyard firepit. Regardless we felt it was a good value and an excellent place to stay.
We loved how peaceful it was at Lynn’s home. The space is cozy and well appointed and is closely located to both the beach and Main St in Hyannis. Lynn was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Great host!
The location of the Barnstable place was excellent, near the beach and a walk from the kayaks, which we couldn't use--don't have the strength to get them down. But for younger visitors, these would be wonderful to use. The central air conditioning was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. The television was easy to use and we could access what we wanted. It made for a relaxing week-long vacation on the Cape.
Cute, clean cape house with great location. Easy access to the beach. Easy check in and check out.

Nice family friendly neighborhood with quaint walkable streets. Great spot to bring your bikes to pop down to the beach or explore Hyannis.
