The house is beautiful and very clean. conveniently located across from a Tim Horton's. The bedrooms were nice. Only a couple of things that took getting used to. The temperature upon arrival is set at 60 degrees. I think when there's a guest due to check in, and it's in the winter and very cold out, it shouldn't be so low, especially when it is a smart thermostat that can be controlled off-site. As well as the temperature only holds for 2 hours and then defaults back to 60 degrees. Luckily I work for a heating, plumbing, and electrical company, so I could adjust it. But if you are not familiar with Nest, you will be reaching out to adjust your comfort level. The other thing is that while the kitchen is beautiful, there is not enough of a set to cook with. I made pasta, but there was not a big enough pot for the noodles or sauce. So you'll have to make due with what's there. Overall those are minor things and had little effect on our stay. We had a great time.

Cute and clean house close to everything. We were visiting family in East Aurora and it was a quick drive away, and we had quick access to the grocery store, gas stations, etc within a 5 min drive. The upstairs bedroom is large but there is not a bathroom upstairs. The two downstairs bedrooms are across from the bathroom. The bathroom is small, but clean. One of the bedrooms is small, without any side tables. The kitchen is easy to use, and clean. Stocked with plates and dishes, basic supplies like salt, sugar, cooking spray, instant coffee, and a Keurig machine with some supplies. There are only enough utensils (spoons, butter knives and forks) for 4 people to eat at the same time (and the table seats 4) so plan accordingly if you have a bigger group. I wouldn’t recommend trying to fit 6 people here - the beds will fit 6, but everything would feel tight. Check in and check out were easy! Would definitely come back if we’re in need!

Perfect home for the four of us that stayed. Close to the Bills stadium and plenty of shopping within about 2 miles. Walked across the street to Tim Hortons every morning as well. Will definitely look to stay here again
