This place was charming and nice. Old-school architecture, but I actually really dug the place and the fancy neighborhood around it. It is not a modern place, though, just to be clear. I like older places, so this was fine. The main bedroom was huge and comfortable. The two twins should be replaced. I could not sleep on them. Kids may be fine with it. I just wouldn't recommend them for adults. There was a tiny snag with the cleaners in which the towels and the dishes were dirty when we got there. This was probably us being dumb, but it wasn't until the last night that we noticed the dishes were in the dishwasher (and still dirty) so four guys were using the 2 spoons and 1 mug and 2 dishes that we found in the cabinets the whole time. lol. I don't blame the host. I think this was just a hiccup with our particular stay. Overall, the place definitely worked for us. We were gone all day and were just there to sleep. And the host responded to us quickly, and was friendly.

This place needs to be OFF market. Dirty, heat didn’t work in February! 3 days to fix. we stay in Glendale frequently, worst experience, daughter got the flu, Granddaughter also.

This was a very nice and clean apartment in a very convenient location and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would just suggest to be mindful of the time of year because we came in during a particularly cold weekend (high teens/low 20s) and the heating helped a bit but was still a bit cold. They did have an extra heater and blankets but I suggest bringing warmer night clothes if it’s particularly cold. Would definitely overall recommend!

The apartment was nice, the little town is great, restaurants are all great. It was very difficult to see the tracks from the apartment from inside, which is what I requested, but we made it work. Ashley took care of the heating issue and was very helpful in resolving these issues. So, yes, I'd be back, but this visit, unfortunately, could've been better.
