Die Unterkunft von Fia ist traumhaft schön. Klein, fein, hat alles was es braucht. Perfekt für einen kurzen (oder langen) Tapetenwechsel. Die Nachbarschaft ist zwar näher als gedacht, aber es waren alle sehr freundlich und ungestört hat man sich trotzdem irgendwie gefühlt :) On top kam eine super zuverlässige Kommunikation mit Fia. Bei jeder Frage, auch in der Zwischenzeit, hat sie sehr schnell geantwortet und immer helfen können. Einzig die etwas abgelegene Lage kann nervig sein. Wir sind ausschließlich mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (an)gereist, demnach ist schon ein bisschen Fußmarsch, also 35 Minuten Weg, ins Zentrum und zu Supermärkten etc. nötig. Aber dafür kann ja Fia nichts :) Man muss sich nur darauf einstellen.

We hebben genoten van het gezellige huisje met de houtkachel! Zo leuk dat er sneeuw lag toen we aankwamen. Fijne plek om samen op te laden (en op te warmen, de houtkachel is heerlijk warm).

We booked this house very last minute. We biked there and didn’t know how we’d get wood for the wood-burning stove but the owner surprised us with a full box of wood. As most stores were closed during our stay (Saturday night to Monday morning) we really appreciated this - it was extremely cold while we were there and we had the stove going every morning and evening. The house is as advertised - a tiny house, in a vacation park. It is very small - only suitable for a single person or a couple that can handle close quarters. The bedroom is no bigger than the double bed and has only 2 hooks on the wall - no storage. The bathroom is also tiny, very basic but functional. There were not too many kids in the playground in front of the house (as it was January and very cold), but I can imagine in the Summer it would be quite busy. But it was cozy, good value for the money and I would recommend. P.s. We had a great dinner at Lazy Tiger (just 1km from the house) - highly recommend.

Een lekker basic huisje op de Veluwe (prachtige omgeving dus). De badkamer is wel aan vernieuwing toe: als je doucht wordt de hele ruimte nat omdat er geen douchegordijn is. Ook denk ik dat de koelkast aan vernieuwing toe is want deze deed het een tijd niet tijdens ons verblijf.

We had a wonderful stay at Fia's cottage! It is so cosy and warm, and the surroundings are beautiful!
