Apartment is no doubt very space to accommodate many guests. However, it was very low in maintenance. Pictures posted is not what you will be expected. I found cockroaches everywhere.. On the beds and common area! Kitchen is not well prepared with kitchen stuffs. This apartment really needs a full cleanup and maintenance. Sorry but I won’t be staying here anymore. Thanks

Location is great as it is very accessible from EDL and you can avoid the very congested tebrau highway. It is also barely 2min drive to Midvalley Southkey so that was a huge plus point as we were closest to the basement south section carpark. Very convenient indeed. The neighbourhood is a bit quiet though as many shops around there may not be fully opened yet. But for the price, it is not as value for money as I thought the place would be. The kids play area decor was actually yellowish compared to the pics. But more important is, we could not hang our wet towels after bathing as there were no towel racks at all in the bathrooms. Nonetheless, I provided feedback to owner directly already and she was genuine to improve the place. I hope the units improve as we really like the location and the kids pool. The children love the pool a lot. Thanks for having us. Sorry for the slightly negative review.
