We highly recommend this beautiful home. Other family members had homes directly on the beach, and this home was actually more updated and clean! We live in a remote area of North Idaho and are accustomed to quietness and nature. We had no disruptions in the neighborhood-it’s very quiet, peaceful, and private. We all slept great! It was our first AirBNB, and the experience was wonderful. Eric and his family deserve every positive review and perfect rating they have received. We’d love to return sometime!

I rented Eric's place for my wife and I to meet up with daughter and her boyfriend. We unfortunately had a mishap and had to cancel our trip but my daughter and her boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed Eric's beautiful place!

Beautiful, clean house. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants around. Quiet area. My kids enjoyed staying here with all the toys, playground right across the street, and fenced in area behind the house.

House is in a nice little neighborhood, easy to find and quiet while I was there in April. Fully fenced backyard was great for my dogs. Convenient proximity to Pacific City in one direction and Bob Straub Park in the other. And of course the ocean/beach one block away. House was clean and spacious, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable and all appliances worked. I don’t hesitate to recommend this place and host.

This was a lovely and comfortable space for five of us to spend three days at an office retreat. It was nice to be able to make our own meals and work at the dining room table and then recline on the enormous sofa when the workday was over. Thanks for sharing your space with us.
