Location is great. My only complaint is more DO NOT drive the wrong way on Calle 12. We were immediately stopped by police and had to pay a fine. This is more of a complaint towards the roads not having a one way street and the cops asking for money. Easy access to town, beaches. Can walk to get drinks and food in La veleta. Water doesn’t get too hot but that is for most locations I imagine. Didn’t bother me since it was very hot outside. The hot tub is nice and moderate temperature, very fun and a good Temperature to spend the evening in. Recommend trying Lorenza for tuna tostada, tacos and drinks.

While this space was nice for our stay, we ran into the following, so take these into consideration: -Only 2 small bottles of water were provided for our 4-day stay. Tap water is not potable and the host refused to provide additional bottles, a bubbler, etc. Be prepared to provide your own drinking water for your stay. -The window in the bathroom is broken (and no screen) so best to keep the bathroom door closed to keep bugs out. -The sliding door closest to the front is broken (will not stay shut), so make sure that's as closed as possible to keep out bugs, keep in the a/c, etc. -The controller for the front a/c turns on but doesn't seem to work, so we were unable to shut that off or control it. -The bikes were not the best quality and poorly maintained when we arrived. No biking tools or helmets were provided and host said it'd be fixed but the tire wasn't fixed while we were there. -House rules had a phone number of someone who was listed to help, they asked how we got their number.

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung war wie im Internet angegeben und wir erhielten genaue Instruktionen zum Check-in/-out einen Tag vorher per Mail. Wenn wir Anliegen hatten, hat der Gastgeber immer sehr schnell reagiert und sich gekümmert! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Gegend, in der man gut zu Fuß zu unterschiedlichen Restaurants und Bars oder in die „Stadt“ gehen kann. Der Strand und weitere Unternehmungen sind allerdings besser mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
