Tired of impersonal hotel rooms and rentals? This amazing , newly constructed 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is a perfect place for those looking for a family getaway! Located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, very close to downtown and short walking distance to playgrounds, the Wascana creek trail system and 13th avenue shops. The house was very nice and clean. Only one of the showers was available for use. As other reviewers have said, the beds in the kids rooms are tight and not overly comfortable for adults but they do the trick.
The house was comfortable with lots of things to do for my neice. Kristopher checked in to make sure everything was alright. Only negative was some of the kids beds were a bit small for adults.
The space was perfect for our family with small kids. They had a ton of fun in the beautiful backyard, and easy walking distance to the museum and parks. They were very responsive and helpful to our questions.
We were in town for a football game and this place was a great choice as we able to quickly walk to the stadium, nearby restaurants, and local breweries. Worked perfectly for our weekend.
We would absolutely stay there again. The place exceeded our expectations and Kristopher made himself readily available. Awesome place to stay for a family. Great location with many amenities close by :)

The neighborhood is very walkable. 13th ave, the main shopping street in our neighborhood is about 2 blocks north of our house. A walking and biking trail along Wascana Creek is about 1 block south of our place. There is free on street parking in front of our house (on the opposite side of the street only).

We are teachers and parents here in Regina, but we also get the travelling itch from time to time. We lived and worked overseas in the past and now we have developed an appreciation for "staycations" and discovering what's right in our backyard. We have three sweet kids, age 3, 6, and 9.
