Spacious terrace with a sea view in the distance, coffee table and chairs for your morning coffee or tea routine. There are stairs to climb at this home, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. The apartment is spread over the third floor of the building. Opposite the house there is a restaurant with swimming pool where you can order pizza and typical Italian dishes. In walking distance you’ll find grocery store, pharmacy, laundry. You can order home grown vegetables and fruit from our farm delivered to your door for additional charge. Things to note: There is a beach resort Senigallia 15 minutes drive from my place. Other spectacular beaches must see heading south- CONERO NATURAL PARK and Mezzavalle, Numana, Portonovo, Sirolo.
