The rental was awesome, I would definitely stay here again. Great location, walkable to downtown, and the place is well maintained. It was slightly hard to find, although the host gave us great instructions that helped a lot.

My mom and I wanted to do a getaway to Sandpoint, and Kendra's two bedroom stay was perfect for us! The home is right on a bike path and you can easily walk to a local Brewery and coffee shop, plus other attractions in town! We also enjoyed having a kitchen, a living area, and a big table to do puzzles on at night! Comfortable place to stay, safe and convenient location, and a warm host!

This was perfect for our ski trip. A 10 Minute drive to the Schweitzer park and ride - free 25 minute bus ride up to the mountain. We prefer staying in the town for access to supermarkets and restaurants. The space is modern and new inside, very clean and comfortable and funky decor. The common space is very roomy. Beds comfortable. Very nice shower and bathroom. Love the radiant heat in floors. Took advantage of the new washer dryer. Access to the unit is via a short rustic dirt road between the streets. Kendra was extremely responsive and communicative before and during the stay. The only thing I would improve would be more clothes storage in the bedrooms. Excellent place, I recommend it.

Great home base in Sandpoint! Close to Pine Street Woods for cross country, convenient to Schweitzer for tubing and right next door to Winger Ridge Market for yummy snacks and meal preparation necessities. We had a wonderful time!
