Location was very close to ECU and other places such as stores and restaurants. The house was super nice and cozy. I would book with Shanique every time. My family and I were very impressed.

The home was very clean and well decorated. It is accurately depicted in the photos on the listing. It was a nice touch for the host to leave snacks/soda out for us. I liked that she also left toiletries out just in case. The keurig and kcups were also very nice to have. The house itself is situated on a somewhat busy road but we had no issues with sounds from it. It is also centrally located and an easy drive into Greenville. There is a big driveway for parking. The front porch with the rocking chairs was nice, too. The back deck needed a little TLC but we didn’t venture out on it. My daughters enjoyed playing in the back yard (it’s sizable). We had an issue with the kitchen table being wobbly/breaking during our stay, Shanique was super responsive and had a new table out the next day. This property is well decorated, clean, and has all the comforts of home. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we travel down next.
