Pros: The location was perfect! We were close to most attractions (marineland, The falls, the outlet etc : 15 min). No neighbors close to the house, the yard is huge, perfect if you have kids, there is not a chance to disturb. Cons: there are a lot of bugs in the house, in fact, there was 2 electric bug zapper installed. There was only one (1) working toilet in the house, the host contacted me the day of arrival to inform me, but there was no resolution as the toilet never got fixed! so we spent the whole weekend with one (1) toilet for 12 person. very frustrating!! and finally, the cleaning staff did not provide any blanket for the rooms. The host responded quickly, however, the blankets were still in the washer, we had to put them in the dryer. Cleaning was so so and linen closet needs organization. Overall, there was a lot of missed opportunities. If you just want a practical place to lay down, its OK!!! If you are picky and have high expectation, Please avoid.

When we arrived the water pump was broken, Sherin sent somebody to fix it, but because there was no water prior to our arrival everything was dirty, sheets, towels & dishes, we had to wash everything. The house is ok, the property is big but the house itself is smaller than it shows on the pictures, it can only fit 8 people the most. The shower in the basement didn’t work properly, we had to fix it, the shower door didn’t stay closed & the bathroom door didn’t lock, there was a weird smell in the basement. I understand that the water pump problem wasn’t Sherin’s fault, but the floor was dirty, the dining room table was dirty, the house wasn’t professionally cleaned, the dishwasher falls out, one foldable bed was broken, the lights on the deck didn’t work, little things like that didn’t make us have a pleasant stay. Aside from the bugs and flies there were spiders in the house. I personally won’t stay here again, not a good experience.
