Great location and Monique was always quick to respond. I think the problem was with the contact at the location. This person was unavailable to we were told we had to supply our own toilet paper and dishwashing liquid, something which was stated as supplied on the listing. Then there was an issue with the towels - we were only provided with two hand towels, so we went to buy our own which Monique offered to reimburse. There were issues with the accommodation: - shower in outside cottage leaked - damp rooms with water under the carpets - damp cupboards - one of the two hand towels had faeces on it - broken chair at dining room table - dirty cutlery and crockery - broken bed in the cottage - bath plug was stuck in the bath - all taps were mixed up in the one bathroom, luckily no one was hurt

It was not acceptable that nobody welcomes us at the house to show us the ropes - alarm etc - door keys etc -some doors cannot open (unlock) and we never used it

Monique is a wonderful host, fast to respond and very accommodating. We will be back next year.

Was a very nice place,close to Harbour and Shops. Very Modern.
