Very eclectic place to stay, we enjoyed the interesting decor everywhere. Easy to check in and we were well taken care of by our host. The beds and bedding were some of the nicest we’ve ever had at at Airbnb! The only issue we had was the homeless encampment across the street at the two empty businesses, this is not the fault of the host though, the house was alarmed and we had no issues. I may have felt uneasy if we were there on a girls trip and didn’t have our husbands there though. We walked a couple blocks to the Cove for supper, it was a great place!

The home was beautiful, exactly as described, home has an alarm system, we did feel very safe even though there were homeless people all around, they seemed friendly and respectful and did not bother us at all. The home was so close to everything, we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again!! Eric and Mercedes were very responsive both times I had a question during our stay . No issues whatsoever.

This was a quick trip for us to attend a concert, but the location was great and everywhere we needed to go was within 10-15 minutes. We would definitely stay again!

Due to flight delays, we arrived in the very early morning hours. We were grateful the house was easy to find and get into. The front gate not working threw us for a loop, but we got in through the side gate. The house was as described in the ad, comfy and uniquely decorated. We were grateful to be granted a late departure so we could get a few extra winks but disappointed not to be able to spend more time in the house.

We had a lovely stay at Eric and Mercedes’ place in San Antonio. Loved the vibrant decor and the place was a short drive to river walk and very close to the Pearl as well. They were very responsive to our questions and we appreciated the snacks . Thank you !
