The passcode lock was challenging, took us a few tries to figure it out. Most of the reviews from previous customers were helpful. Kitchen utensils were okay, knives and pots/pans could be upgraded. There was a Keurig Coffee Machine, but you have to bring your own coffee pods. The house was very clean, they had beach towels as well. Remember to bring your own shampoo and body wash, there were only tiny travel size ones provided at this property. Fishing at the dock was a good experience, although we only caught hardheads. Swimming pool was cute and clean, but there's not enough outdoor chairs for 6 of us, so don't forget to bring your own camping chairs. No ice maker in the fridge, but there were trays to make ice cubes. Location was good, in a quiet neighborhood, and was only 10 minutes away from HEB plus.

Overall, really enjoyed our stay here and the amenities provided. Beautiful place, comfy beds, lovely deck and pool. Only two issues, one was checking in. The lock with code did not work, plus trying to type in a ten digit code before a lock times out is kind of difficult. Then getting the key out of the lock box and getting the lock to work was a challenge. This feels like a really easy fix, just stick with a regular lock and lock box. Get rid of the coded lock, it's not working. The other issue was that the hanging lounge chair was on the ground, detached from the base. This should either be removed or repaired before a guest arrives. I did miss some of the amenities you get at other airbnbs like coffee and other condiments and things that make it comfortable. I would recommend this place to others.

Love the house and amenties. Very clean and great place for the family and the pets. Loved the pool was great to get in after we cleaned up from the beach. Would stay here again

The place is as described. We had some issue with the door code at first, but got thru it. 9 digit code had to be pressed quickly. Place was well kept, all clean and tidy. Pool was really small - but worked fine for our daughter. Nice view and the patio into the bay was really cool. Still a bit pricey, but i guess it was probably due to Spring break week. Will again try this place another time. Overall good.
