My, now husband, and I stayed at Danny and Karl’s treehouse for our micro wedding. It was the perfect retreat after the big day, and the day prior. We loved the feeling of privacy being nestled in the trees. The outdoor shower was absolute magic and definitely the highlight of our stay. The treehouse was so cozy and clean with everything we could possibly need! The host was super responsive and attentive to our needs. Such a beautiful stay near epic views of the redwoods and California coast.

This place is amazing! Danny, Karl, and the dogs are so nice. The privacy and quiet surrounding was exactly what we needed. The house is very small and large suit cases are hard to maneuver around, though it was still very comfortable. The extra outdoor living room had heaters for the chilly evenings and a fire pit to keep us warm. They gave great recommendations on things to see, places to eat, and routes to take. If we come back to the area, we will stay here again! They book up early, so don't wait too long!

Not only a lovely place to stay but also fantastic location for experiencing the redwoods and ancient coast. The Airbnb itself was not just somewhere to sleep but a curated experience with every detail thought out carefully. Would stay again and again :).

For those adventurous couples looking to be a part of nature with the creature comforts of home, this place is perfect! This cabin is minutes from Moonstone beach, nestled in a grove of redwoods, and settled on top of an actual old growth stump! It's a literal treehouse with fine finishes. The cabin comes with a mini kitchen and bathroom, while the loft above opens up to the stars with two huge windows right above a super comfy bed. Sleeping under the stars, snuggled and warm watching Netflix.... such a great end to a day of hiking. It gets better! The living room is an open air deck, complete with heating! The shower is a hollowed out old growth stump with plenty of hot water, bird songs, and privacy. The indoor/Outdoor elements were perfect for us!
