Great location and large space with all the necessities for a peaceful stay. Austin was very responsive and welcomed us when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed the night after seeing a show at the Gothic. Austin and Lydia were super flexible with letting us come in late, as well as letting us book for a very reasonable rate just a couple days out. The place is clean, cozy, and well-furnished. Bed was very comfy! Only potential downside for some is that there's no separate door to the downstairs rental area, so there's a good amount of sound that travels between the upstairs where they live and the basement. Not necessarily a problem, as they were pretty quiet and respectful, just something to be aware of. Overall a very positive experience! Also, if you stay here, we HIGHLY recommend checking out Zomo restaurant! It was phenomenal, a highlight of the experience.

Beautifully renovated basement rental. Spacious living area along with comfortable bed and couches. Check in was seamless and Austin and his wife were very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely be staying again.
