Excellent well appointed house. Great layout for groups, with 2 big living spaces, a functional kitchen and big wrap around porch with seating spaces. Super close to the beach also and on a nice quiet street. 10/10

What a fabulous place to stay! We had a great weekend @ Linda & Phil’s place. It has loads of space which is great if you want to relax & it’s perfect walking distance to the beach - about 5 mins from front door to waters edge! Thankyou we can’t wait to come again 😊

An awesome place to stay.. We had 8 adult and 2 young kids.. The kitchen is complete so you can cook for the whole family.. The place is super clean and big enough for a family of 10 to stay over.. Make our trip to Philip a great stay with host who is very responsive.. Accommodate us to late check in and also late check out...
