The house and the area exceeded all of our expectations! We had never been to the area and there to attend a wedding. We usually get a rental so we can cook healthier meals while traveling and we found the kitchen well furnished to allow us to enjoy our meals. While nestled on a mountain the home was very well designed with very modern finishes! The gated community was amazing with a lot of fun amenities! We will be back!

This rental is so nice and looks exactly like the pictures. It is clean and modern and was perfect for 2 couples for the weekend. The real highlight is all of the amenities in the community. We played mini golf, pickleball, and walked around the expansive property. I don’t know if it was just because of the time of year (March) but it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. One thing to note is that getting to town is about 15 minutes down a very windy mountain road. No issues but definitely not a simple drive. We would absolutely stay here or somewhere in this community again.

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The yards are large so the houses are spaced some distance apart. The location is the most convenient to Sapphire and to Cashiers. The screened porch was so convenient to sit outside to enjoy fresh air. There are also two comfortable rockers on the front porch. There is a gas grill with the gas piped directly into it, so you never have to worry about having an empty tank. The house still smells new and has very pretty lighting and tile in the bathrooms as well as wide plank wood floors. These details help make the home feel more like a home than a rental. It would have been nice to have a map of how to get to the waterfalls on the property. Also, I had to ask where to put the trash because directions were not left in the home. It might be a good idea to put a rental booklet in the home just to improve communication and to help renters be able to follow the rules they are asked to follow. The home was very clean.
