Pros: House is very spacious with a nice backyard. Had a washer and dryer which was great. WiFi worked great. Cons: Beds can use an upgrade, weren’t comfortable. Couches were broken. There was a weird scent around the house but we bought air wicks to put around the house which helped. We bought hand soap to put around the house. Not enough seating in the house for large groups. The house has a lot of potential just needs updates.

Pros: Spacious house & Large backyard my dog loved. Reservoir had ducks & turtles, fun watching them. Wish there was outdoor seating. Peaceful & quite neighborhood. 2 microwaves & coffee makers. Large dining room table, seating for 10. There was a missing Roku when we arrived but they came & brought a new one quickly. He was very nice & helpful with it. A/C can be controlled at different temps on the 1st & 2nd floors. House was very clean, tidy, & minimalistic. Cons: Couches were broken & very unconformable. Not enough seating for 7 people. (1 couch & 2 recliners) 2 of the queen beds were terribly uncomfortable, basically just springs wrapped in fabric, could feel the box spring/wood paneling under. Other 2 queen beds were very firm & hard. One guest had to stay with family in town because the twin bed was just not sleepable, was falling between wooden slats on frame. Only 1 TV in house. Would only consider staying again if furniture is replaced & upgraded, otherswise not worth it
