This home was advertised to have AC but there was none. Two heavy windows AC units were on the floor and not installed. I tried notifying the host about the air conditioner unit being on the floor and windows that could not remain open due to lack of screens, and several lights that were out in the family room. No response till the day before I checked out. This was not what I expected at all and showed a lack of caring to be a top host. There was also a note on the stove indicating a burner was out and would be fixed asap but no one ever came to repair it during the stay. The food crumbs in the silverware and utensil drawers were very disconcerting.
