Centrally located apartment in downtown Athabasca. Onsite parking for one regular length vehicle and all amenities within walking distance. Located on the second floor of a charming 80 yr old building, this cozy place has been renovated and upgraded. With a spacious open kitchen, ample sized bathroom and comfortable queen bedroom with black out curtains, you will feel right at home. This building has 3 suites upstairs, all of which are available on Airbnb for up to 27 days at a time.

Spotless. Natasha’s place was immaculate, she was immediately responsive. I can’t imagine staying at a hotel when this place exists. Will definitely be back next time I am in Athabasca!

Quiet in the evenings but walking distance to restaurants and a great local pub.
Saturdays in summer boast a beautiful farmers market every 2 weeks.
The Athabasca Library and Performance Theatre are one block away. The hospital is a 5 minute drive. The Athabasca Multiplex has a new swimming pool and fitness centre and is a 5 minute drive.
You are one block from beautiful trails and parks along the riverfront, as well as a playground, splashpark and skate park.
