很nice的房子和房东

Sehr schönes Apartment und sehr zentral gelegen. Es ist direkt am Bahnhof, daher hört man die Züge und Durchsagen, wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, was aber nicht schlimm war, da Nachts kein starker Betrieb am Bahnhof war. Das Zimmer sowie Küche und Essbereich sind wunderschön gestaltet mit einem tollen Design und ist alles sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Bad hat eine große Dusche und große Spiegel. Der einzigen Kritikpunkte im Bad sind, dass der Wasserdruck der Dusche sehr schwach war, die Handbrause nicht funktioniert hat und es keine Klobürste gab. Der Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens hat stark wackelt. Wir haben das weitergeben, wird sicher bis zum nächsten Gast gerichtet :) Die Kommunikation zu Francesca war toll. Sie hat uns Restaurantempfehlungen und Tips für Bars gegeben. Gerne irgendwann wieder :)

Das Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum waren sehr sauber. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung in Salerno ist ideal für Ausflüge mit Schiff, Zug oder Bus. Dank der guten Schallisolierung der Fenster hat man wenig vom Lärm der nahe gelegen Bahn gehört. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca hat gut geklappt. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

I am from Korea. This hostel is perfect l!!!! 생각보다 좁을 수 있다. 하지만 로비와 방이 쾌적하여 좋았고 가격이 매우 좋기에 만족한다. 또한 담당자의 연락이 빨라서 소통의 어려움이 없었다. 무엇보다 근처 맛집과 기차, 페리역이 도보 10분 안으로 해결되는 점을 가장 높게 생각한다. 쾌적한 숙소를 제공해주어 감사하다.

Location was good, lots of restaurants in the area and walking distance to the port. The big issue with this place is MOLD! There was mold in the bathroom. Bathroom ceiling and shower. The shower has a glass and in between the glass and shower floor it was green and black moldy water in it that hasn’t been cleaned. The ceiling of the bathroom also had mold (black spots). I contacted the host and she told me and I quote “The glass in the shower needs to be disassembled and we can’t do it in speed because we have many entrances (occupants) everyday, in the fall when we have less booking we will take care of it.” The FALL and I came in mid summer. Clearly this person is more concerned about the money than the well being of guest. She also claimed it’s not mold it’s just “it created a dark color”. The tile is tan and it naturally creates a black/green color, No it does not.
