Centered on the North Fork this home allows you to explore all that there is to offer…. antique shops, restaurants, vineyards, breweries, farm stands and the beautiful Causeway Beach is just steps from this home. The home is newly renovated with a new kitchen, appliances, new bathroom, outdoor gas grill, fire pit and a beautiful screened in porch. 2 well appointed bedrooms and one bathroom. Fully functional kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots and pans to cook.

We had an amazing getaway to Bill’s cottage. We were so lucky to have sunshine the whole time. The house is exceptionally clean, with everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfy, even my 12 yo daughter mentioned it. It’s close to everything to enjoy on the North Fork. Bill was wonderful and accommodating. We definitely look forward to booking again! Highly recommended!!!
Bill’s place is a fabulous place to stay. Immaculately clean. Newly renovated, you can tell how much they care for their place. Quality items from appliances to plush towels. Everything you need to cook, 2 large tv’s. A comfortable 3 season room. Toys and games available. The area is quiet you feel like you are far away, but you’re very close to restaurants, stores and wineries. Now that we have family in the area it may be our regular place to stay!!
Everything was smooth from the moment we booked it till checkout. The house is very cozy for any season, they have a fire place, games, is very clean and of course the host Bill was phenomenal! Thank you.

Bills cottage was so charming, impeccably clean, tastefully renovated and beautifully decorated. the hospitality details were much appreciated - very comfortable pillows, beds and bedding, towels, luggage stand in closet, throw pillows and throws on the couch etc We didn’t make it to the beach but the house had everything you needed for a great beach day. toys, chairs, wagon…you name it Bill left plenty of suggestions for places to eat and gave clear and minimal instructions for a smooth checkin/checkout The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending since we needed to be in both mattituck and southold. We had considered staying at a hotel but it was so much nicer to relax in a cozy home Bill went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. We will definitely be back another time to explore all that NOFO has to offer and would love to stay there again!

The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for walking and bike riding. A short 7-minute walk brings you to one of the most amazing beaches on the North Fork. Relax on the Causeway Beach overlooking the Peconic Bay and de-stress. Hop in a kayak and see amazing wildlife in the surrounding creeks.
Jump in the car and within 3 miles you can enjoy Bedell Cellars, Lenz, Raphael Winery, or Pindar Vineyards (to just name a few). Or take a ride to Greenport Harbor Brewery & Restaurant (2.5 miles).
Don't feel like cooking head over to the Red Rooster for dinner or check out Maroni's of Southold (The Pots Grandma Maroni's Meatballs - keep the pot as a souvenir).
The property can accommodate 3 vehicles in the driveway. All local shops and restaurants are only a short drive.

I grew up in Mattituck and my wife grew up in Cutchogue. Being back on the North Fork is beyond amazing. As an adolescent the North Fork was just a place where we grew up but now in adulthood with a young family, we fully appreciate the specialness of the north Fork that we couldn't comprehend in our youth. It's all about making memories with family.
