The critique is not on Live Suite's room, but on the property owner Wyndham. We were technically "checked in" within 10 minutes. However we were then directed to another line to get our keys from the "concierge". This was a sales process that involved 20+ minutes of waiting in line and then a sales person attempting to upsell me, and even with me already a Wyndham owner! THEN I was turned over to a sales manager who attempted to set up an appointment for the following day - I quit counting at 20 times I was asked to be there in the morning. I had to be extremely firm and demanded my room bracelet keys so I could get my family to our room. All this for a 2 night stay... although the room and property was fine, I won't stay here again.
