If you come prepared to camp and spend time in nature you won’t be disappointed. Lots of property to explore, space for a campfire, and a great view. Nothing fancy but we didn’t mind as we spent most our time outside anyway. Tons of space for our dogs to roam and a fair price for what you get. We did have some trouble finding the place but that was our fault for using apple maps rather than following the written directions.

This rv is placed on a beautiful piece of land out in the boonies and is an excellent choice for those just looking for a place to stay while out there if you plan to get away from the hustle in Phoenix. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it has all necessities. Our biggest complaint was an uncomfortable mattress and Tommy said he would address that and was thankful for our feedback. Tommy was very accommodating and whenever we needed something he did his best to accommodate us in every way…After getting into some car trouble we met some of the sweetest people ever on this trip and everyone involved were the type of people that would literally give you the shirt off of your back. So big thank you to those folks. That being said, if you rent this rv please have a truck or suv with big tire’s because it is a few miles of dirt road to get to the rv with tons of big rocks along the way that are not car friendly. Other than that, you will have a blast enjoying nature and the best Star gazing ever
