I had a long term stay at Fanny Elizabeth's place. I highly recommend it. Location: The location is great because the building is not near the main street, so there is minimal noise. Yet, you are within walking distance (approximately 5-8 minutes) from a supermaxi grocery store, a shopping mall, and a metro stop, as well as smaller restaurants. The neighborhood also has two small stores for fruit and other basics, like water. There are also gyms within walking distance. The location is safe and secure. Moreover, the building has guards on duty 24/7. The guards are very friendly. Condo space: The space is very comfortable and spacious, and matches the photos. All the amenities are quite modern. You can get tons of light if you open the window screens. I appreciated having an oven, a washing machine, and plenty of space. The internet and the desk and the dining room table were great for remote working. I'd stay here again.
