Enjoy this peaceful place to stay. Ski, fish, or boat from our private dock, or simply sit by the private screened-in saltwater pool. We purchased this home in summer 2022 then immediately began an extensive modern remodel. We renewed most everything from the matching furniture to the plank floors. Our goal was to provide a more upscale short-term-rental experience. We think you will like our clean comfortable furniture, matching dishes and linens, and sparkling pool. We hope you will notice how the focus was on making this house a cozy luxury experience. We believe this sets us apart from many short term rentals with older mismatched or worn garage sale furniture and furnishings. Although our home is not a new building, most everything from the furniture down to the light switches are new. Floridays has three comfy bedrooms. The master and our second bedroom have modern king sized cool foam beds. The bathrooms are top end. Our master bath has all new tile with a stone countertop and features a cool rainwater and/or side shower. In the main bath you are surrounded with Carrera Marble stone tile with a shower/tub combination. If you cook, notice the all new fully stocked chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and matching kitchenware. Stay in. Mix some cocktails and grill some steaks. The star of the home is the screened-in outside lanai area. Relax in the sun or in the shade next to our clear blue saltwater pool. Fully opening sliding glass pocket doors really bring the outside in on nice days.
