Without doubt an immaculately clean and modern apartment with very comfortable outside space! Super quiet area but within a few minutes walk to the main promenade and beach ! Spent a lovely week exploring the island! Would highly recommended Juan’s place 👏👏👏

Es la segunda vez en menos de un año que estoy en el apartamento de Juan. Eso ya dice mucho de lo agusto que estoy en este piso. Como ya deje en su dia una review del apartamento, me voy a enfocar en el anfitrion. Juan da un servicio de hotel 5 estrellas. Es el anfitrion perfecto. Le pregunte por un concierto que queria ir pero no sabia exactamente donde era, y tuvo la amabilidad y cortesia de ir personalmente al sitio y verificar que era alli. En otra de sus recomendaciones para ir a cenar, nos hico el la reserva directamente con el restaurante. Es un lujo contar con un anfitrion tan atento y simpatico. Realmente recomiendo este apartamento, primero de todo por la comodidad, limpieza, atencion al detalle, silencio, con supermercado, restaurantes y buena playa cerca. Se siente uno como en casa. Y segundo porque Juan hace todo lo posible para que tu estancia sea lo mas placentera posible. Recomiendo este apartamento 100%. Nosotros volvermos otra vez sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias Juan!

Die Wohnung ist noch besser als auf den Fotos, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles ist blitzsauber und die Ausstattung die beste, die wir jemals in einer Ferienwohnung hatten, das hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Terrasse mit der gemütlichen Lounge liegt zwar unter Straßenniveau, ist aber sehr ruhig, gemütlich und uneinsehbar. Playa Honda ist kein Touristenort, hier leben überwiegend Einheimische. Es gibt aber viele nette Restaurants und einen riesigen Strand, der nie überlaufen war. Je nach Windrichtung hört man manchmal die Flugzeuge, aber nachts ist es ruhig. Juan ist äusserst liebenswert, hilfsbereit, herzlich und zuvorkommend, er war immer ansprechbar und hat sofort reagiert. Er hatte immer gute Tipps für uns und ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Wir sind sehr froh dass wir dort wohnen durften und haben eine wunderbare unvergessliche Zeit in Playa Honda verbracht.

We absolutely loved our stay at Juans house! Juan was super welcoming and helped us with any kind of questions and even offered to help with our trip back to the airport. The house is spacious and very comfortable. There is a nice terrace outside to relax and enjoy the sun. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. It's really close to the airport and it only takes 10 minutes by taxi to get there. But still it's super quiet and you don't hear the airplanes. The beach is super close as well, only a 3-min walk. Restaurants and cafes are nearby and you can easily walk to the supermarket. We definitely want to come back!

truly a fantastic, well equipped and super clean accommodation of a kind host. the apartment is very comfortable and has a welcoming or better "home feeling" atmosphere. the airport really is close, but no worries, even in case you have a soft sleep....
