House was great. Well appointed and very comfortable. Location is ideal - easy walk to beach and not too far down Dune Rd from bridge to town. Andrew was very responsive with all questions. Had a great family vacation and would definitely rent this house again.

6 stars for this beautiful home hosted by Andrew! Perfectly appointed home with exceptional location. This stay far exceeded our expectations. Andrew will go to any length to ensure a comfortable stay - from a gift basket with goodies for our dogs to exceptional amenities to unparalleled cleanliness, Andrew made us feel welcomed and at home. The home has been impeccably renovated and the kitchen is a chef’s dream come true to use. The outdoor deck gives you your own private secluded oasis with drop dead stunning sunset views and a 24/7 sea breeze. Everyone in the Point community is so welcoming - the neighborhood is safe and private. The amenities of this house far exceeded our expectation. We enjoyed paddle boarding every morning with our dogs because the house has bay access directly across the street. Private beach access is a 30 yard walk and the home includes chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of towels. The house also includes kayaks, bikes and a hot tub - this house has everything you could ever need for an A++ relaxing stay. Andrew is a great host - prompt communication, easy check-in and out, and thoughtfulness at every turn. We will be coming back next year for a longer stay! I HIGHLY recommend this stay :)
