Location, location, location. We were within walking distance of all the stores and restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to walk around the island and enjoy the homes and landscaping. Our visit to Balboa Island was perfect. And the Nest was the perfect size with a nice size bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom room space.

The Nest was an amazing retreat in a beautiful location. From the moment you open the door it’s like walking into a Pottery Barn catalog. Super cute decor, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and amazing location. You can’t go wrong here!!

Loved the unit. Had such a great time. Walked the island every morning and went to the Irvine Ranch Market for a breakfast burrito. The host was awesome.
