We had such an amazing stay at Pelican Point. The house is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and so well stocked. This is definitely a place you can go and spend a lot of time hanging out and relaxing - our kids spent hours in the pool, the view of the canal is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Jodi was super friendly and very responsive, a wonderful host! We didn’t do a ton of cooking but there was plenty of pots, pans, and such. Easy drive to beaches, restaurants, etc…but at the end of the day we all mostly wanted to spend our days poolside at Pelican Point! We especially appreciated the variety of pool floaties and beach gear available. We would definitely come back!

Vi havde den skønneste uge i dette dejlige hus. Alt var rent og pænt og der manglede ingenting! Skønt poolområde hvor vi tilbragte mange timer. Vi lejede deres båd et par dage og havde nogle fantastiske sejlture! Super værter som altid svarede retur inden for meget kort tid. Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage igen en anden god gang.

We can’t say enough about Jodi and Dave’s home! So peaceful and relaxing!! The pool and grill /bar area are just great! Thank you for opening your home to us. You are so caring and want your guests to enjoy themselves the moment they walk through the door! By far, best air b& b we’ve visited! Thanks so much!!❤️

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY! We had the most wonderful time at pelican point. Very easy communication with Jodi and home was equipped with everything we needed. Grocery store Publix was about a mile a way and so convenient. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor grill most days and the boat was amazing. The most beautiful ride in the canal looking at all the beautiful waterfront homes out to the ocean. Will look forward to returning and couldn't have been more happy with our choice here.

Place was just like photos. Great with the kids! Pool area is the best over looking the canal. Would book again in a heartbeat
