Nice place! Stayed here for 2 months! Highly recommend for traveling students/ workers.
Good place. They should get rid of the "instant book" option and vent people that book. The room I booked was colder than the rest of the apartment. We did experience the heat going out for a whole week however the host was extremely proactive in getting it fixed. Overall, chill spot - nice place. The washer/dryer is located next to this room - it's loud. And often times, housemates and host will wash clothes or dry clothes at odd hours like 5AM or 2AM.

Great price in NYC’ summer. All the things are comfortable to live in.
