Beautiful, peaceful location. Roomy property for family and friends. Local wildlife and quiet. Back patio has a covered area and was lovely to sit and read. Would have been nice to know the pool was not heated and would cost a minimum of 300.00 additional dollars to heat. Plan to stock your own ice and water as frig does not work. Rule on thermostat indicating not to set below 73 degrees or above 80. Keep this in mind if you plan to rent during hotter months of the year. Bathrooms are working but outdated and we had to find the sweet spot for hot water shower in the guest room. Incidentally, coffee in the pantry is actually a 'coffee coconut body scrub' which we luckily realized before using. This is a wonderful location but overall we feel there needs to be up front communication about the 'rules'.

The house very clean and very homey feeling, nice pool, beautiful surroundings. One thing that we didn’t like was waking up to the ac on 80 in the middle of the night , you can control the air but I feel like they can too. But over all it was a great stay I recommend this home for a family stay.
