Have fun with the whole family and friends at this stylish place. Enjoy the comfy furniture to give you a home away from home experience. Includes 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Less than a mile drive from FAMU and FSU stadium. About 3 miles from shopping and art at Railroad Square. Walk Gaines St. for the best bars, fast food and restaurants. Close to Governors Square Mall. Bus stop for M route is a few steps away from house. Up to 4 cars can fit in the driveway. Comfortable and cozy. Complimentary water in fridge, with wine and snacks in living room for guests. Use anything that you need as far as cooking and cleaning supplies. Card/Board games and books are available for indoor activities. No parking allowed on the grass.

Absolutely loved our stay. Chrissy was very accommodating with a last minute guest addition and we loved all the available amenities she provided. Perfect location for a FSU game as it’s close to the stadium but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re right in the middle of the crowd. We will definitely be staying here again for our next game!

Less than a mile drive from FAMU and FSU stadium. About 3 miles from shopping and art at Railroad Square. Walk Gaines St. for the best bars, fast food and restaurants. Close to Governors Square Mall. Bus stop for M route is a few steps away from house. Up to 4 cars can fit in the driveway. No parking allowed in the street. Neighbors mind their business but they will call me or the police if music is too loud. There will be people walking to work or school during the day during the week since the bus stop is near. Quiet and house is private. Ring doorbell camera is on front porch 24/7 for security and guest safety purposes.

You can fit up to 4 cars in the driveway. No parking on the grass. Bus route M is available in front if you have no car. Biker friendly and near many fast food spots on Orange Ave or Lake Bradford Ave.
