The apartment is light and bright. There’s a small courtyard attached which is ideal for drying clothes. The door locks are very secure and I felt quite safe. The kitchen has basic amenities though perhaps lacked a couple items if you’re staying for a longer period. The bedroom is large with a nice skylight and a comfortable bed. The host was flexible with our check in and check out which was much appreciated. We had a language barrier as we don’t speak any Italian and he didn’t speak English but the app auto translated so it worked great. The downsides of the apartment is that it’s further from the centre of Milan than I expected. There’s a bus stop almost right outside, but if you want to walk to the metro it’s at least a 25 minute walk. The apartment also wasn’t super clean, particularly the shower. I cleaned the shower a couple of times to feel more comfortable. The walls are also very scuffed and marked. Plus tons of ants. Also beware the “sugar” jar - it has salt in it.

El departamento está muy bien. Es amplio y cómodo. Pietro es muy servicial y responde a cualquier duda muy rápido. Hay algunas críticas constructivas para mejorar, son pequeñas cosas que corregir las cuales harán una diferencia para que todo sea mucho mejor. Por ejemplo los picaportes de las puertas estaban sueltos y cuando cerrabas las puertas te los quedabas en la mano. Otra cosa es que el bidet y la cabina ducha estaban tapados y no se iba el agua. Había algunas telas de araña en el techo. Y le haría falta algunas cortinas, en especial en la habitación así no entra tanta luz cuando dormís. Son pequeñas cosas que con un mantenimiento periódico podrían mejorar muchísimo. Sacando eso todo bue muy bien . Lo recomiendo

emplacement idéal pour visiter milan, bus puis métro a proximité. parfait pour deux couples, j invite tout de même Pietro à mettre plus d ustensiles de cuisine pour optimiser la plus value du logement. je recommande ce logement pour visiter les alentours. parking gratuit dans les rues adjacentes
