It is at a convenient location for us when we visited Deakin University Waurn Ponds Campus. We are assigned to Unit 5 which is segregated within a double-storey house without separate living area and no accessible to the balcony. Our overall living experience was Ok except that we didn't get response when we reported an Emeregency via Airbnb that the shower room drainage was blocked. When my hunsband first took shower the water has overflown and spilled to the bathroom ground where we found this block issue. We tried to communicate via Airbnb message, calling the mobile phone provided and even seeked assistance from Airbnb Support team but couldn't communicate through to the Host. The host came back to us the next day and had it fixed. Also we have booked for 3 persons for two nights and only been provided a tiny tube of body wash only enough for one person's usage. We were told by the Host that they "supply starters" and refused to fill up. The rest of facilities were good enough.
