Stayed 1 month. Lots food options close by. Or Delivery. Restaurant open late. Good stay!! Friendly staff!!!

Helen, the front desk lady, is quite funny. She has been very helpful in answering all questions. Although her English is very little, she makes sure the communication flows as best she can. The accommodations look like the pictures. Although I got the small room and no window the room and the hotel has great energy! Very comfortable. I work remotely and the internet is very very good! I noticed the internet was down and spoke to Helen who said she would look into it. I went to the laundromat just a few steps away and tethered my phone. A hour past Helen sent me a message saying it was up and running again! Small things like that I appreciate! Being as thought this is my first time in Malaysia this is a great starter location and great clean accommodations. There are also many places to eat just a few steps away and a few malls about 10 mins away.

I stayed for around 2 months in this hotel. It’s a self-check in and check out but clear instructions were given. It’s a 2-storey hotel with no elevator so you have to take the stairs to go up. The room was tidy and clean but there was no window. Housekeeping is done once a week. The staff is very responsive and friendly. I had a problem with the ac in my room and the staff offered to move me to another room. There’s a water dispenser on each floor and also an iron and ironing board that is free to use outside the room. There’s no washing machine but you can go to a laundry shop just nearby. There are restaurants and a 7-eleven nearby so it is not difficult to find food. Grab is also relatively easy to get but may sometimes be hard on rainy days. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the price is reasonable compared to other places.
