What a wonderful stay. This home is only a short tuk tuk ride away from all the shops, bars and restaurants near the Santa Catalina Arch. It was peaceful and the terrace view was breathtaking. The ladies who clean the home do an amazing job. I came back to my room and my bed was made! Also the traditional breakfast that is included was so delicious! Irving was so helpful during my stay. I would absolutely stay again.

Lovely rooftop, squeaky clean private bedroom and bath. Took about 5-8 minutes by tuktuk to get to the central park in Antigua

I have some issues on getting to the location because the driving instructions (Waze or Maps) are on how to get to the central Park, not to the place. I was able to find the name of the place and drove there to find out that it takes you to the rear part where they don't have access anymore, fortunately Irving provided details and once there everything went excellent. If you are driving, there is no parking area, but a neighbor can give you parking for a fee. The place is clean, beautiful and the views to the volcanos are amazing!! Doña Rosa attention is the key here, she is very flexible and oriented to customer service and to make you feel home! ... her breakfast is delicious and made me feel home as well!! thanks doña Rosa!! I will definitely recommend any tourist local or from other countries to visit Irving's place and enjoy the rooms and their hospitality!! thanks for everything!

Definitely a Gem in Antigua!THE ROOFTOP VIEW IS THE BEST!Best breakfast I had in Antigua (traditional breakfast)Irving is a wonderful host 🙏🏽Definitely would come back .
