Susana is very responsive. The condo it’s self was nice and clean. We did have an issue with parking spot description but it was resolved. There is 24/7 security which is good and helpful. We secure there. The building itself is nice and it’s close to a lot of good restaurants. The location isn’t the greatest. It’s pretty sketchy around it but people do walk around kinda like walking in downtown LA or New York City. Water pressure was not the greatest in the master bathroom and water temp went from too hot to cold. Over all it was nice. I just have to give lower stars for one reason which was major for us and it is the washer and dryer. It is advertised as having a washer and dryer and we specifically looked for a place with a washer and dryer since we packed light for our stay. Come to find out the washer is not connected and is unusable. It was very inconvenient for us.
