Warm, welcoming and friendly. Superb instructions for TV, Internet etc. Thoughtful little touches. Fridge in room was an unexpected bonus. Very comfortable bed. Delightful couple. On the negative side.... Sorry can't thing of a single thing bad to say about my stay. 😁

Thanks a million to Sarah and Simon for a great stay. I immediately felt at home. Comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, Netflix.... I particularly appreciated having a bathroom for my sole use, and the breakfast being included in the price. The cereal and chocolate bars were also very well received😊. These hosts are very responsive and were eager to do everything to make my 4 nights in Leigh on Sea good. I gladly recommend staying here. Thanks again!

From the start Simon answered all my questions quickly and helpfully. Sarah was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The labelling on the cupboards was a great idea. The bedroom itself was large and clean with tea/coffee and a fridge with milk and a few other nice snacks. It was great to have a toilet and bathroom to ourselves and although we didn’t make use of the the breakfast facilities, Sarah explained where everything was and it was all very informal and had a real home from home feel. We would definitely come back if we were in the area again. Thank you Sarah and Simon!

We had a pleasant week at Simon's place. It was clean, incredibly quiet and excellent value for money. The main downside was the low bed with sharp corners and the lack of a chair, which seemed unusual for a fairly spacious room. We'd probably hardly have noticed these if we were only staying a couple of nights.
