Adriana was very accommodating for my requests and was flexible with check in. I was able to be accommodated for early check in, though this can be on a stay by stay basis. She was very helpful and the room was plenty big and clean.

Adriana was friendly and the place was just as pictured. it was walkable to a CVS and some other restaurants which was nice. it was a hotel so typical hotel amenities. for the price, I would recommend

Great location for Seaworld and Aquatica. Literally right next door. We took a taxi to Universal studios which is not too far away, but too far to walk. $15 taxi to get there. Perfect location and great pools. There are two pools connected by a Faneca and you are able to use the pool next door which was like a warm bath temp which was much nicer than this Towneplaces' hotel pool. They are literally right next to each other so no big deal at all. My kids LOVED the warm pool so that's where you'd find us! Nice people. Great breakfast and great options.

I brought my 5 year old daughter to Orlando for vacation and booked this placed. Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Very clean, very convenient and very close to the parks I took my daughter to. The host was very clear with instructions and responsive. This hotel also had very friendly staff. Will book again in the future :)
