The place was immaculate. Everything was in order and the kitchen utensils were plentiful. The only one thing we didn't find, which I totally understand some hosts will not want to provide this for guests due to expenses, is shampoos and bath soaps. Kind of a curve ball when you're already in the shower and didn't check before ;) Otherwise, great experience, close to everything (which is typical of large cities). I interacted in person with the host once and he was very friendly and proactive. We had friends visit us quite often and sometimes cluttered the parking are a little, but the host was completely understanding. Loved the setup of the bedrooms and restrooms in the back of the house. Wife approved!! She said this would be the place to come back when we go back to Tampa for a visit. :)

This was a beautiful home and me and my family had an awesome stay. Warnery was AMAZING! The responses were polite and prompt. I never had to wait long for a response and he was very understanding and friendly. Loved everything.
