Such a lovely place and just right near the sea. We spent an amazing weekend. It was calm, quiet, so clean and the cookies were tasty :) Many special thanks for the coffee machine and pre-prepared milk, it made my morning! Thank you Mike and Jayne for your clear instructions and very nice welcome!

Had a lovely overnight stay when visiting the De La Warr Pavilion for a gig. Jayne’s property is in an ideal location for all local attractions and amenities. It was immaculately clean, stylish and well presented. Jayne responded to our queries promptly and with helpful information. She was a most welcoming host and we would highly recommend a stay. Will come again!

I made a last-minute reservation at this accommodation and hurriedly set off on a trip. Located right by the sea, this accommodation was absolutely perfect. With its unique structure, enjoying coffee and cookies provided in advance while gazing at the seaside scenery was unbelievably delightful. It's a place I definitely want to visit again.
