My siblings and I enjoyed a four night stay at Mark’s place. We loved everything about his beautiful home. The house was very spacious, we especially liked the master bedroom. We would recommend paying the extra fee to have the pool heated. The area was very walkablle with plenty of bike paths. We were even able to bike to a free pickle ball court at Gilchrist Park. Looking forward to visiting the area again. Thanks Mark for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful vacation! The house easily fit 4 adults and 5 kids. It’s very clean and comes with plenty of linens and pool towels. Our kids loved playing in the pool. Great location. Definitely recommend!

Mark was extremely communicative and helpful from the very beginning. The home is very comfortable and our group (5 adults and a child) enjoyed our time there. It’s very conveniently located to Fisherman’s Village and all the restaurants, businesses, etc on Tamiami Trail but the neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed great sunrises and sunsets over the canal in the back from the lanai. We took the option to increase the water temp for the pool and I’m glad we did because it was unseasonably cool some days we were there but we were still able to enjoy a dip. The house has all the amenities we needed. We just bought groceries (Publix is five min away). Thanks for a great stay Mark!
