Camper could use a thorough cleaning, however was in a good location and we did enjoy our stay.

Overall satisfied with my stay at Colton’s place. The camper was a good value, short drive to PF, and Colton was very responsive/friendly. However, there were a few downsides for me. The camper needed a deep clean and appeared to only have been spot-cleaned for a while. The kitchen blinds are dirty, the grating on the stove is greasy, there were dirty spots on counters that shouldn’t have been missed if they were wiped, etc. The bed was too firm to me, but my bf slept just fine. It felt like I sank straight to the board under the mattress. Colton does have mattress toppers on all beds for added cushion. The shower head is powerful. I can tell from the mattress toppers and added shower head that Colton is attentive to the comments of his guests. There are also some broken cosmetic things from use throughout the camper; like the cushion on couch, pieces around the dining area, and bathroom vanity door. Since we were only there to sleep the camper was good for our needs.

Upon arrival we noticed right away there was a large tear on the sofa, and the air filter was very dirty. Other than that the camper was pretty nice. Our second day we smelled a strong odor of sewer that was very unpleasant and we also ran out of propane which also meant no hot water for showering etc. we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the camper so it was fine for what little time we spent in it but my honest review would be about a 7 out of 10. The location was very convenient to everything. Just minutes away from the main strip in pigeon forge.
