Anne and Ian’s home is a wonderful place to stay. A lovely old cottage filled with beautiful things, immaculately clean and hosted by the lovely Ann. Highly recommended.

Lovely quirky cottage & welcoming hosts. The private bathroom & sitting room were great, as was use of the kitchen to prepare an evening meal. I enjoy travelling solo, but hate eating out on my own! An open log fire, a good book & your favourite drink - perfect after a busy day. It was easy to find, just off the main road but in a very peaceful location with shops etc within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay. My wife was super happy with the beautiful furniture and bedding. Our train was late so Ann was very accommodating and let us in at the evening. She was very kind, gave us a tour of her gorgeous house. The room has an ensuite bathroom and it’s very private and cozy. They have a cute pet dog. Clean place with green surroundings. The cutest bit was she had a basket full of amenities that one might forget like toothbrushes, bandages, toothpaste, eye masks etc

Annie and Ian were the perfect hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their beautiful home. There was a basket in the wardrobe with lots of bits in in case we had forgotten anything and there was cereal and toast available in the morning which we weren’t expecting at all! Then when we left, Annie messaged to say we had forgotten something. We couldn’t turn back but she happily posted them back to us on the same day! Amazing hosts and a gorgeous cottage, we will definitely be back!
