Overall great trip for a family! Had a great time and beach access was minutes away. The place was spotless upon arrival and the pool and hot tub was a bonus for us!

Very spacious home with lots of room for us to spread out. Nice pool and hot tub within a short walk from the house. Beautiful balcony! No TVs in the bedrooms. Washer and dryer downstairs, away from the living area. No water hose to clean off our sandy gear. And no trash cans to throw out the trash. Felt very mixed reviews when we left. The Owners are great and the place is beautiful, clean and spacious. However, there were many parts that felt underwhelming.

House overall was decent. New build as with most in this neighborhood. However I have several complaints. While access was easily accessible, it wasn’t quite as described. Said to have a washer and dryer but was empty inside the house but located downstairs in the garage. Trash wasn’t very easy to deal with as the bags were very cheap and small ended up using our own trash bags. The bags once full had no trash cans outside to put trash in but had to take to a dumpster in the back of the neighborhood which we never located and ended up using a contractor dumpster next door. It was 3 houses away from the highway so road noise was pretty loud at times, the construction going on next door was a bit annoying. No hand towels in any bathroom except one downstairs, toilet paper was the type that John Wayne would use, very lacking in cook wear and utensils, dog hair and dirty floors throughout the house, no cutting board in kitchen, freezer didn’t cool and no ice. Close to beach access road.

This house was beautiful and just like the photos. Spacious rooms with beautiful restroom as well. Very close to the beach! Will stay here again.
