Great place to stay. Couldn’t have been better for our trip. Didn’t need communication as everything needed was met without having to ask for it. Would absolutely stay again. House was set up with a great amount of items (towel, utensils etc.) Highly recommended

The stay was great! More than enough room for my friends and I as we stayed for a kickball tournament. Great location and not too far from things to do. Would stay again.

10/10 would stay again. For our large group, finding a place that could accommodate all of us under one roof at a reasonable price was somewhat challenging and this place by FAR had the best value of everywhere we looked. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices to do above the “average” travel cooking. Lots of towels including separate towels for the pool area were welcomed. And they even accommodated early check in which was super appreciated. If you don’t have a car, just a heads up that Uber/lyft sometimes take a little longer than you would expect from this area. Just a minor inconvenience and nothing else. We’ll be back.

Overall very nice experience, the place was exactly what it was descrived on the ABNB. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe, but not walkable to parks or restaurants, which was fine for us. The pool was great and we had a great time, recommend getting it heated though. Kitchen is fully equipped and same with bathrooms. There is enough room for moving around and have fun, we enjoyed the pool table inside and ping pong table outside. Beds were clean and neat. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay in Phoenix was great! The house was super roomy, very clean, and the kids loved the pool! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need and more! Hosts were extremely responsive and were super flexible! We would definitely stay here again if ever in the Phoenix area! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!
